They offer a free plan to get you started, but their paid plans let you have unlimited subscribers, unlimited emails, more control over email design, and better segmentation.

The best way to learn about your audience is to ask them! SurveyMonkey makes it easy to craft surveys and send them out to your customers to learn more about their needs, gather their feedback, and make sure you're on the right track with your business. It also integrates with Mailchimp, so you can send out surveys in an email campaign or as part of an automation!
